A women's self-care weekend with a bone-closing ritual

A weekend for women, where we will dance, massage and co-create a bone closing ritual. All women who feel the need to connect with themselves, nourish themselves and close a certain phase of their life are invited. 

We will understand and co-create the ritual of closing the bones as a group experience for all those who did not have the opportunity or opportunity to complete it at the time when it is usually done - at the end of the sixth trimester.  The details of the ritual are very nicely donehere.

Women who are not attracted to the bone closing ritual will have the space to create an alternative program.

Friday

20:00 The path of ecstatic dance   - Dance of the air - dance of the soul

Saturday

Afternoon - Self-care journey - sauna, massages, cosmetics and creation of a ritual structure

Evening - Ritual of closing the bones and an alternative program for those who do not want to participate in the ritual

Morning - yoga, sharing circle

Price

Accommodation and full board - 3000 CZK

Program - personal initiative and investment of energy of each woman

Convened by Jiřka Macháčková  - I will lead through an ecstatic dance, I will stick to the framework of the program and bring a few drums :-).
