One Day and Many Breaths

Those who are interested in meeting what is behind the veil of ordinary consciousness are invited to the path of self-knowledge by means of Holotropic Breathwork®.

For first-time breathers the seminar starts on the eve of Sptember 16 at 20:00 with a preparatory lecture for the seminar, the seminar for all participants then begins on Saturday morning September 17 2021 at 8:30 am with opening circle, followed by two processes of Holotropic Breathwork® (once as actively breathing, second as so-called sitting), space for art-therapeutic expression of experience, dinner break and seminar will be closed by sharing and tips for integration, expected end of the seminar is 20: 30 - 21:30. During the seminar, small snacks, coffee, tea and a hearty snack between breathing processes will be available.

The seminar is non-residential, for participants with a driving distance to Liberec longer than 1 hour we recommend to arrange accommodation in the place. Liberec center offers a wide range of accommodation options in many standards. If you decide to extend your stay in Liberec, on Sunday you can take advantage of the many sports opportunities that Liberec offers - especially climbing to Ještěd or cycling in the Jizera Mountains.
