Spring Journey to the Depths and Heights of the Soul

Holotropic Breathwork is a self-experiential method of personal development. Based on shamanic traditions and modern depth and transpersonal psychology, it is rooted in a simple breathing technique combined with evocative music in a safe and supportive environment.

This arrangement allows one to experience non-ordinary states of consciousness. They enable us to explore and understand the different facets of our psyche more deeply. We can identify and transform the roots of emotionally challenging situations and psychosomatic problems we face in our daily lives . Through non-ordinary states of consciousness we get in touch with the transpersonal level of our psyche and our own inner healing abilities.

During the seminar it will be possible to optionally attend a follow-up workshop of the approaches of depth archetypal psychology, which extend the approaches of the holotropic method to work with psychic material obtained in the sessions of breathing.
