Breathe in Light on Candlemas

Those who are interested in seeing what is behind them in the veil of ordinary consciousness are invited to the path of self-knowledge by means of Holotropic Breathwork®.

For first-time breathers seminar starts on the eve of 31.1. at 20:00 with preparatory lecture for the seminar, the seminar then begins for all participants on Saturday morning 1.2.2 2020 at 8:30 opening ring, followed by two processes of Holotropic Breathwork® (once as actively breathing, the second as the so-called sitting), space for the art-therapeutic expression of the experience, the dinner break and the seminar is closed by sharing and integration tips, the expected end of the seminar is 20:30 - 21:30. During the seminar, small snacks, coffee, tea and a hearty snack between breathing processes will be available.

The seminar is non-residential, for participants with a driving distance to Liberec longer than 1 hour we recommend to arrange accommodation in the place. Center Laguna offers the possibility to stay in economy conditions (own sleeping bag required) for 200 CZK / night, Liberec center offers a wide range of accommodation options in many standards. If you decide to extend your stay in Liberec, on Sunday you can take advantage of the many sports opportunities that Liberec offers - especially downhill skiing on Ještěd or amazing cross-country trails in the Jizera Mountains.
